The alarm you set on your phone will not be synced to Huawei Honor band 3. Therefore, Huawei Honor band 3 will still vibrate even you turn off the alarm on your phone.

You need to set alarms in the Huawei Wear app. After the sync is successful, the alarm will go off as scheduled.

How do I turn off incoming call notifications and push notifications for my band?

If you wish to disable message push notifications, open Huawei Wear, enter Notifications management, and disable message notification.

If you enable Do not disturb mode in Huawei Wear, Huawei Honor band 3 will not vibrate and the screen will not turn on when there is an incoming call or new message. To enable Do not disturb mode, open Huawei Wear, enter the Do not disturb screen, and enable Do not disturb.

2. Huawei Honor band 3's Trustee feature is enabled. If this feature is enabled, Huawei Honor band 3 will begin monitoring your heart rate when it determines that you are asleep in order to collect data on your sleep status and sleep quality. If the flashing light disturbs your sleep, you can disable TruSleep in the Huawei Wear app.

Does Honor band 3 support GPS?

Honor band 3 does not have GPS itself but if it is connected to your phone through the Huawei Wear app, you can use your phone's GPS to accurately track your pace and distance covered when running. After you have finished running, you can view your running trajectory on the app.
